Is raw chicken good or bad for cats ?? I was doing chicken abd dropped a small piece and the cats got it and they devoured it. I do not give it to them but they got it when I dropped a small piece. I usually cook it first for them as a treat.

I have Capstar for dogs over 25 pounds. I'd like to give a dose to two dogs under 25 pounds. Both dogs are six months old or younger. One is 12 pounds, one is 20 pounds. Can I break one Capstar in half (or quarters) and give each dog a "partial"
