Recently a female cat which looked hardly more then a kitten herself showed

I have a friend who has a 7yr old female cat who refuses to
eat no matter what she tries to feed her.  This cat has been to the
vet several times, tests were done that showed there is nothing wrong
with her cat. What tests were done I don't know but can find out.
